Average Payment Period to Suppliers

During 2023, the average payment period to suppliers of the Spanish companies of the KCE Group was 54.57 days, a period below the legal maximum of 60 days established in Law 15/2010 of July 5th (amended through the Second Final Provision of Law 31/2014 and the Third Additional Provision of Law 18/2022) which establishes measures to combat late payment in commercial transactions.

In 2023, regarding invoices subject to the Late Payment Act, the monetary volume and number of invoices paid within the established legal period amounted to 125 million euros (80.48% of the total amount of payments to suppliers) and 20,681 invoices (81.37% of the total number of supplier invoices).
